Designing a resistance training program and weightlifting workshop for beginners.

 

In this workshop, at first, you will be fully introducing with exercise machines and equipment to start a fitness program in the gym.

You will learn how to design and do resistance training properly for your goal. 

The contents of this workshop are include:

  • The physiology and adaptation of resistance training
  • Designing a resistance training for desired goals
  • Periodization of resistance training (linear and non-linear)
  • New advance technique in resistance training (BFR, RT-Cold)
