The conference does charge for accepted abstract (see details:https://journal.aesasport.com/index.php/AESA-Conf/Fee).
The Academic team of conference expect each researcher and author to have important contribution on study which nominated for publish at this conference proceeding. All researchers should be familiar with research data and results of study. The Editors of journal also expect each researcher and author to have completely read the abstract before submitting and to take responsibility for data. the content and the whole of the manuscript and to understand that if the article, or any part of the manuscript, is found to be faulty or fraudulent or have copyright penalty, that he/she shares responsibility with his/her co-researchers. made an important scientific contribution to the study and to be thoroughly familiar with the original data of research.
The conference accept only research article that are original study, no part of papers which already has been submitted for publication at other conferences or journals or abstract books.
The Corresponding author need to submit abstract at official website of conference. The corresponding author is responsible for having ensured that other authors agree with submission at this conference and approved abstract submission. Any changes to the abstract and author list after submission, such as a change the name of authors, order of author list, deleting names and related aspect need to approve by academic board of conference.

Peer-review process:
All abstract after pre-review process by Academic Team of Conference will be sent for minimum two international reviewer (Depend of research topic). The online review system (OJS) is using by this conference and all process of submission and review to publication could be track by authors. Discussion section for any comment is installed at author panel.
The reviewer of this conference using online comment system inside the conference website system to commenting and rate to abstract. There are four type of decision including: Accepted, Accept with major corrections, Accepted with minor corrections and Decline.

Correspondent author is only person that request for article withdraw at any process of review and before online publication.
Plagiarism:
Taking material from another study and submitting it as one's own is considered plagiarism. Taking material (including tables, figures, and data; or extended text passages) from the authors own prior publications is considered duplicate publication or self-plagiarism and is not permitted. All abstract will be checked by Plagiarism Software before review process. Any plagiarism report after publication date which approved by Academic Team, may be caused of retracting published article.
Human and animal Ethics: Authors using humans, animals, or fetal tissue in their experiments should submit the ethical approval from their organization or institute.

Published abstract of this conference will available as Open Access for download. This conference is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
