Abstract

Muscle tissue, nerves, bones, ligaments, chords, skin, fat, minerals combine to form the body. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between regular exercise, physical activity and proper nutrition on body composition, lipid profile and has been. This paper review of dozens of articles in the fields of sport, physical activity and nutrition and their relationship with body composition is that the findings demonstrate the positive effects of exercise and proper dietary pattern on improving body composition and fat mass was reduced. The main results show that people who exercise, physical fitness and good diet had achieved a desirable body composition and healthy life away from cardiovascular disease, hypertension and hyperlipidemia, respectively. By teaching people of all ages can base a major step to reform unhealthy eating habits and increase physical fitness of society.
