Abstract

The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of participative management through the implementation of suggestions system upon employee performance of the Sports and Youth Ministry. The research method in this study was descriptive and co relational. The population was selected by Morgan table and stratified random sampling, 291 samples. A questionnaire was used to collect data that includes collaborative Inventory management and Inventory employee performance and suggestions system. The overall structure of the questionnaire has been validated by using confirmatory factor analysis. Data analysis performed by descriptive and inferential statistics . Structural equation was used to test research hypotheses. The obtained datas were analyzed by statistical software LIZREL.  According to the results of structural equation model, all components of participative management (participation in targeting, participation in decision making, participation in solving problems and take part in  organizational change) have influence through the implementation of  the suggestions system upon employee performance of the Ministry of Sport and Youth.
